1. Returns Overview
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be:
- In unused, resalable condition.
- In original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your ApnaMarketHub.com account.
- Navigate to Orders, select the relevant order, and click “Request Return”.
- Select the reason for return and submit.
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions via email.
Note: Don’t ship items without obtaining an RMA—returns without one may be refused.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- ApnaMarketHub.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and inspect it (typically within 5 business days):
- If approved, we’ll refund the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective, unopened items.
- Refund processing can take up to 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please:
- Return the original for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping if required.
7. Non‑Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Final sale, clearance, or personalized items.
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.).
- Any item deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a full refund under U.S. consumer law.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping. If canceled post-shipment, return policies apply.
- A restocking fee may be deducted from refunds for canceled orders after dispatch.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please:
- Contact your bank or credit card company.
