Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Overview

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In unused, resalable condition.
  • In original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your ApnaMarketHub.com account.
  2. Navigate to Orders, select the relevant order, and click “Request Return”.
  3. Select the reason for return and submit.
  4. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions via email.

Note: Don’t ship items without obtaining an RMA—returns without one may be refused.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • ApnaMarketHub.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect it (typically within 5 business days):

  • If approved, we’ll refund the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective, unopened items.
  • Refund processing can take up to 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please:

  1. Return the original for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping if required.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Final sale, clearance, or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.).
  • Any item deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a full refund under U.S. consumer law.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. If canceled post-shipment, return policies apply.
  • A restocking fee may be deducted from refunds for canceled orders after dispatch.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company.
  2. Still see no refund? Email us at support@apnamarkethub.com with your order number.
